All our shipments are discreetly and anonymously packaged in boxes. The packaging does not reveal the origin or contents of the package. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

We ship packages from Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 18:00, it will be shipped on the same day.

You will receive your tracking number (Track & Trace) in your email inbox when we hand over the packages to our shipping partner. This typically occurs around 19:00 (7:00 PM).

Unfortunately this is not correct. PostNL sends an incorrect tracking every Friday with the package only being delivered after the weekend. However, this is not correct! Your package will arrive on Saturday.

Yes, we do ship internationally! However, please note that shipping to countries outside our home country is entirely at your own risk. You can check the countries we ship to on our Delivery & Shipping Costs page.

Normally, the average delivery time for packages outside of the Netherlands is around 2-7 days. However, please note that the actual delivery time can vary depending on the destination country and the presence of any potential delays. In many cases, the package may arrive within a few days. We recommend checking our Delivery & Shipping Costs page or contacting our customer service for more specific information regarding the estimated delivery time for your specific destination country.


When you place an order at, your order is discreetly packaged and shipped anonymously. You get 1 point for every euro you pay. When you have 200 points you can exchange them for a discount. 100 points equals a 1 euro discount. At the checkout page you can exchange the points for a discount.
