Warranty and Complaints

We are committed to delivering our products in the best possible condition. However, it is possible that your order may be damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to a warranty claim. If you notice a defect, you are legally obliged to report it to us within two months. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.

If something is not to your satisfaction, please contact us by sending an email to info@popperplace.com. If you are a resident of the EU, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to submit your complaint, starting from February 15, 2016. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
